Spyence Season 5 is a Jesus curriculum for kids that walks through the whole story of who Jesus is — from the manger to the cross to the empty tomb to His return as King. It's a deep dive into Christology (the study of Jesus) for elementary kids:

• Kids who know the Christmas and Easter stories but not the whole picture — they'll follow the life of Jesus all the way from His birth to His ascension into Heaven, and look ahead to His second coming.

🧪 What Kids Will Learn

Through 6 gospel-centered Bible lessons for kids — each illustrated by a hands-on science experiment — kids will discover who Jesus is and why He's the best:

• Incarnation: Jesus is 100% God, 100% human, forever. The God of the universe became a human baby — and He was born, died, rose again, and ascended to Heaven in a real human body.
• Son of Man / Son of God: Jesus' favorite codename for Himself was "Son of Man," reminding us He's 100% human, while His followers called Him "Son of God," reminding us He's 100% God. He was and is the smartest, kindest, bravest, most trustworthy person who ever lived.
• Crucifixion: Jesus' death was all part of God's plan. The only completely innocent person who ever lived took the punishment for our sins on the cross — so we can be forgiven and adopted into God's family.
• Resurrection: Jesus' bodily resurrection defeated death for all of us. Jesus came back to life in His own body, scars and all — and one day God will raise our bodies too, new and improved.
• Ascension: Jesus is praying and preparing for you right now. When Jesus went up to Heaven, He didn't leave us alone — He sent the Holy Spirit to help us, and He's praying for us (Romans 8:34).
• Jesus' First and Second Coming: Jesus is coming back to rule as the Servant-King. The first time He came to die for our sins; the second time He'll come to rule forever — and serve His people at a great feast (Luke 12:37).

🔬 Why Science Experiments?

Kids don't just hear the lesson — they experience it. Each week, a hands-on science experiment turns an abstract Bible truth into something kids can see, touch, and take home as a faith reminder. For example, kids will drop glow sticks into hot and cold water to see how temperature changes their glow — then debate which one is a better picture of God's glory shining through Jesus' human body. They'll build a contraption that inflates and deflates a plastic glove representing death, a reminder that because Jesus died for us, we don't have to be afraid of death.
